Q1 Resort & Spa is a mixed use building that includes residents, permanent tenants and holiday rental apartments. During your stay you will be occupying one of our holiday rental apartments. Apartments are assigned on the morning of your arrival, with levels allocated depending on availability.
Our apartments receive a Mantra Refresh daily. This includes; making of the beds, replacement of towels, replenishment of toilet paper and kitchen supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, salt/pepper, milk, etc) only. For our guests staying longer than eight-nights a bed-linen change will occur half way through your stay.
It is recommended that guests bring their own pool towels to enjoy our array of swimming pools and local beach areas. Concierge has a limited supply of pool towels available for pool use only (charges apply).
